Construction is well underway and the new structure is beginning to take shape. Our structural beams for the main show room and for the second floor balcony are in position. Welders and workers are busy binding the joints together to create a sound and strong structure. Our site services, power, sewer and water will be introduced this week, and we are expecting a cement slab for the floor to be poured in one week. By the end of August we expect our walls and roof to be in place for the beginnings of the interior work. Exciting stuff!
Mid August, the work on our main site services (sewer system) and our new lot are going to be underway. Our curb crossings and paving will be close behind. We are desperately hoping for dryer conditions and no more rain! As of today, the renovation is on schedule.
