The entire process was straightforward, professional, and enjoyable. What impressed us most was how well the team treated us after the sale. When a concern came up, they took it seriously, worked together to find a solution, and went above and beyond to make things right. That level of customer service and accountability is becoming rare, and it did not go unnoticed. I never give 5 stars, but Koch did a great job getting me in line to fix my trans problem and even fixed my AC on the first 30 degree day of the year ! Can't beat that..

I was dealing with Sydney from ford Canada and Ashley at Koch. The service I have received is really hard to even put into words. Ashley at Koch has been absolutely AMAZING and she really knows her stuff. I will never take my ford to another dealership. Ashley has gone above and beyond getting this dealt with. The service I have received is unheard of in this day and age. I’ve told both Ashley at Koch and Sydney at Ford Canada thank you about a hundred times in the past few days, but I’m honestly so grateful for both these ladies for all their help and guidance. As I told Ashley, I’m sooo happy to have found Koch and now I have Ashley to contact whenever needed. I don't know the name of one single person from the other dealership I had been going to for many years. If you are looking for a ford dealership, I can’t recommend Koch enough, and you have to ask for Ashley. Less
